Welcome to FlyFulfill.com (“FlyFulfill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, fulfillment services, platform integrations, applications, content, and materials (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please do not use our Services if you disagree with any part of these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Account: Your user profile with login credentials for using our Services.
- Customer / You: The individual or entity registering for or using our Services.
- Services: Includes dropshipping fulfillment, bulk shipping, Amazon FBA preparation, warehousing, inventory management, order management, and related logistics services.
- Platform Integrations: E-commerce systems (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) connected via our ERP platform.
- Products: Items sourced, stored, packed, or shipped by us on your behalf.
- Force Majeure Event: Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes).
2. Acceptance & Eligibility
By creating an Account, placing an order, or using our Services, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and promptly update it if changed.
- Keep your password and login details confidential.
- You are responsible for all actions taken under your Account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Description of Services
4.1 Dropshipping & E-commerce Fulfillment
- Real-time order synchronization via our ERP.
- Pick, pack, and ship individual orders.
- Optional branded packaging, custom inserts.
4.2 Bulk Shipping & Freight
- Consolidation, palletization, and multi-modal transport (air, sea, land).
- Customs brokerage and DDU/DDP support.
- Insurance options for higher-value shipments.
4.3 Amazon FBA Preparation
- Label compliance, polybagging, bundling, palletizing.
- Shipment creation in Amazon Seller Central, carrier booking.
- Quality inspections and photo documentation.
4.4 Warehousing & Inventory Management
- Storage with FIFO/LIFO options.
- Cycle counts, SKU-level reporting, automated low-stock alerts.
- Value-added services: kitting, assembly, repackage.

*Credits may be issued for verified delays, excluding Force Majeure Events.
6. Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are submitted via integrated platforms or the FlyFulfill Dashboard.
- ERP system imports product, pricing, and customer data.
- Once payment is confirmed, orders enter pick-and-pack queues.
- We partner with carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express, China Post, and sea-freight providers.
- Tracking numbers and status updates are available in your Dashboard and via email.
7. Fees, Billing & Payment Terms
- Fees are detailed in your Service Agreement or Rate Card.
- All charges are billed in USD; you’re responsible for any duties, VAT, GST, or governmental fees.
- Payment terms (prepayment, Net 7/15/30) are specified in your agreement. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest or the maximum allowed by law.
- Claims for shipping errors, returns, or damage must be submitted within 30 days of invoice date.
8. Risk, Title, & Insurance
- Risk of loss transfers to you once Products leave our warehouse.
- Title passes to you upon departure from the origin facility.
- Standard carrier liability coverage applies (typically up to US $100/package). Supplemental and all-risk cargo insurance are available upon request.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on FlyFulfill.com is our property or licensed to us.
- You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute content without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages is limited to the fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from Force Majeure Events.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (or another jurisdiction listed in your agreement).
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts in the agreed jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at our discretion. Updated Terms will be posted online with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services denotes acceptance of the revised Terms.
